FFL transfer fees are ONLY $30 for those with their Texas LTC/CHL or $40 for everyone else! Veterans, Active Duty/Reserves, and Law Enforcement pay only $25. Please review the below on how we handle transfers.

All National Firearms Act (NFA) items will be completed for $80.

I will contact you through email with dates and times available to complete your FFL transfer.

Please note when transferring multiple handguns or rifles at the same time Federal Law requires us to fill out a multiple disposition form that notifies both local and federal law enforcement of the firearm transfer. If you wish to space out these transfers that is fine just let us know at the time of transfer.

When ordering firearms online please forward us any emails including tracking information and your contact information so that we know it is coming and have the correct contact information for you.

If your shipping FFL needs our FFL or SOT please email us their contact inform so we may provide it to them

RETURNS: All sales are final. Any and all returns/exchanges are done at the discretion of SPARTAN ARMORY.

PICKUPS: If your order is not picked up within 6 months it is forfeited and becomes property of the SPARTAN ARMORY. Upon pickup we will look over your purchase for blemishes or defects, once you leave with your order you will need to contact the manufacturer with any issues. If you need documentation to assist in that we are glad to assist. Make sure you have all the proper identification needed to complete your transaction.

SHIPPING: Any orders shipped from SPARTAN ARMORY will have tracking and we require anything shipped back, please provide the tracking information. All items sold and shipped will be shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Firearms will ONLY be shipped to licensed FFL dealers. The customer will be required to contact SPARTAN ARMORY to setup shipping and the customer will pay for all shipping.

All new firearms will come in original manufacture's packaging with all accessories and applicable warranty information. The customer will be responsible to contact the manufacturer for any warranty work in accordance with the manufacturers warranty.

All used firearms are sold as is and no warranty is given, unless still covered by manufacturer's warranty.

All NFA transfers: (National Firearms Act items) will be charged a fee of $80. These items usually require a Federal Tax Stamp to purchase.

All online prices and description errors are to be communicated through the CONTACT page. The website is manually updated and you may have to contact us on availability before purchase. This is because the price listed for that item is only for that item and no guarantee is made that the same or similar item will be listed at that exact price.

By placing an online order the customer agrees that the seller will be the final arbiter of discrepancies for the online transaction.
